THIS WEBINAR IS FOR YOU IF…

  • You feel like every attempt at discipline turns into a bigger fight, especially when school is out and routines disappear.
  • You worry that this holiday season could spiral into running away, substance use, or self‑harm, and you don’t want to be caught unprepared.
  • You’re tired of walking on eggshells and want a way to keep everyone safe without screaming, threatening, or giving in.
  • You want practical, trauma‑informed strategies that don’t shame you, your teen, or your parenting.

I'm Riley Cochran

Parent Coach • Teen Treatment Specialist

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor based in Colorado, with over a decade of experience walking alongside teens and families through everything from quiet disconnection to full-blown crisis.

With extensive clinical training in teen development, trauma, attachment, family systems, assessment and treatment planning, and substance use - along with years spent in treatment centers, crisis programs, and community care - I specialize in helping teens who feel lost, angry, or shut down. I also support parents who feel worn out, unsure, or afraid they’re losing their child.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in a deep respect for each family’s story. This work is personal to me, and I’m here to offer steady support that actually works, without judgment, and with the tools that help families find their way back to each other (and themselves).

As soon as you sign up, you’ll receive a 2‑page worksheet, Conflict vs. Crisis - Danger vs Discomfort”

Inside, you’ll find:

  • A Conflict vs. Crisis table so you can quickly tell the difference between a heated argument and a true emergency.
  • A Danger vs. Discomfort guide so you know when your body is just screaming “this is hard” versus “this is unsafe.”
  • Simple prompts to map what conflict usually looks like in your home and what has actually been a crisis.

This gives you immediate relief before the webinar even starts, so you can respond with clarity instead of panic.
